It's pride week and the other day Canada's House of Commons passed the Equal Marriage Same-Sex bill, this is an awesome time to be a proud lesbian Canadian. Annnnd I'm enjoying my first ever pride celebrations. Today I went to a drag ballgame, the drag queens vs. kings, it was great! Major cheaters on both sides, which made it even more fun. Would have been even better if I could have taken this girl I really like but she's kinda too far away for a quick weekend trip.

Sunday is the pride parade and festivities after so I am looking forward to that. I'm full up to my eyeballs with my own gay pride, it's awesome to be celebrating it with others feeling the same. Life is looking pretty darn good these days, even with work being not what I want and my potential love interest being once again long distance. I'll see her in a little bit though. Woohoo!!
